This Refund Policy applies to purchases of BroadcastConnect licences and subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. How to request a refund

If you believe a charge was made in error, or you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, contact us promptly using the contact details on our website. Please include your account email, purchase date, amount, and payment reference.

2. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country may provide a right to cancel or obtain a refund in certain circumstances (including for defective or misdescribed digital services). Nothing in this policy limits those non-waivable rights.

3. Cooling-off and digital content

Where local law provides a cooling-off period for distance purchases (for example, 14 days in the UK/EU), that right may be affected once digital services are fully supplied or activated with your consent. Any waiver or limitation will only apply where permitted by law.

4. Non-refundable cases

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial subscription periods, unused time, change of mind after activation, or suspension/termination resulting from a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
